What do I receive with my entry fees?

Each participant who registers before September 15, 2023 will receive the following:

  • Race bib with Chronotrack timing chip
  • Fleece-Lined Hoodie
  • Race-themed cowbell
  • Top quality finisher’s medal when crossing the finish line
  • Cowbell car sticker
  • Virtual goody bag
  • Water, electrolyte sports drink & gels along the course
  • Post-race food & beer
  • Entertainment in Runners’ Village

(Runners registering after September 15, 20223 are not guaranteed a shirt at the ExMO’. Extra shirts will be available on Race Day at MO’ Info Tent while supplies last.)

About MO’ Cowbell

The MO’ Cowbell race course highlights the area with a trip through the heart of New Town just past halfway before heading back toward the finish in Frontier Park between Historic Main Street and the Missouri River. The route is flat for nearly ten miles before a two mile hilly stretch along the Little Hills Expressway. The last mile of the race is downhill heading toward the park.
