St. Charles, Missouri — Frontier Park
Please allow extra time for travel & parking on race morning.
We encourage all runners to arrive at least one hour prior to the start of the race.
Directions to the start/finish line:
From Hwy 364 (Page Extension) Heading West:
Exit at S. River Road/Arena Parkway (Exit #14). Turn right on the S. River Road/Arena Parkway. Stay right on S. River Road/Arena Parkway at the stoplight at Friedens Road. Turn right onto S. Main Street and pass Ameristar Casino. Turn right on Boone’s Lick Road. The start/finish line is one block north of the Jaycee’s Stage on the Riverside Drive, the first left after Boone’s Lick. Participants & spectators will not be able to drive on Riverside Drive.
From Hwy 364 (Page Extension) Heading East:
Exit at S. River Road/Arena Parkway (Exit #14). Turn left on the S. River Road/Arena Parkway. Stay right on S. River Road/Arena Parkway at the stoplight at Friedens Road. Turn right onto S. Main Street where you will pass by Ameristar Casino. Turn right on Boone’s Lick Road. The start/finish line is one block north of the Jaycee’s Stage on the Riverside Drive, the first left after Boone’s Lick. Participants & spectators will not be able to drive on Riverside Drive.
From I-70 Heading West:
Exit at Fifth Street Exit (Exit #229B) which merges on to S. Fifth Street. Turn right on Ameristar Boulevard and left on S. Main Street. Turn right on Boone’s Lick Road. The start/finish line is one block north of the Jaycee’s Stage on the Riverside Drive, the first left after Boone’s Lick. Participants & spectators will not be able to drive on Riverside Drive.
From I-70 heading East:
Exit at Fifth Street Exit (Exit #229). Take a left on S. Fifth Street. Turn right on Ameristar Boulevard and left on S. Main Street. Turn right on Boone’s Lick Road. The start/finish line is one block north of the Jaycee’s Stage on the Riverside Drive, the first left after Boone’s Lick. Participants & spectators will not be able to drive on Riverside Drive.
Parking
Parking is available at the large lot near the Boat House, south of Frontier Park. (Do not park in Ameristar’s portion of the Boat House parking lot for risk of being towed.) Additional parking is available in any of the public lots along Riverside Drive both north and south of the start/finish line that aren’t designated for MO’ Cowbell Staff Parking, the parking garage on N. 2nd Street and Monroe Street and the Ameristar parking garage just one mile south of the start/finish line. Please allow extra time to find parking and to walk to the start/Finish line. Carpooling is encouraged.
Leaving MO’ Cowbell
It is ideal for runners to use S. Main Street when leaving Frontier Park. Take S. Main Street to S. Fifth Street. Turn right for access to I-70 (both east and west), or turn left for access Hwy 364 (Page Extension), just a few miles south on Arena Parkway.
