For its 13th year, MO’ Cowbell will have more than 5,000 runners! That means we will also need 500+ dedicated volunteers to share in the excitement and help make it all happen.

Volunteering at MO’ Cowbell is a great opportunity for service groups and for individuals who want to show their community spirit! And boy do we love our volunteers! Everyone will receive an official MO’ Cowbell shirt and a cowbell to cheer on the runners.
