Are bikes, rollerblades or baby joggers allowed on the course? What about headphones?

Rollerblades/inline skates, bikes, strollers/baby joggers, motorized vehicles and pets on the course are prohibited. The use of an iPod, MP3 player, or other audio/video device is discouraged but allowed.

The MO’ Cowbell race course highlights the area with a trip through the heart of New Town just past halfway before heading back toward the finish in Frontier Park between Historic Main Street and the Missouri River. The route is flat for nearly ten miles before a two mile hilly stretch along the Little Hills Expressway. The last mile of the race is downhill heading toward the park.
