By clicking below, I acknowledge that my participation in the training for and/or participation in the MO’ Cowbell Marathon involves a risk of injury, including bodily injury, and I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such program. On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and legal representatives and to the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release and discharge MO’ Cowbell Marathon, St. Charles County Economic Development Council, and any persons and entities acting on behalf of the MO’ Cowbell Marathon and or the St. Charles Economic Development Council, including, but not limited to, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, members, agents and representatives, of and from any and all claims and demands for any injury, death, loss and damages of any type incurred by me in connection with any aspect of the training for and/or or participating in the MO’ Cowbell Marathon. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of these events for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising, without monetary payment to me.
