NEW THIS YEAR, MO’ Training Team!

MO’ Cowbell is a great choice for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, with a variety of goals. There’s no better experience than running with lots of people and cowbells for miles!  Just ask the thousands of first-timers who used these guides to run with us.

We’ve added 6 training dates in various St. Charles County parks led by our awesome team of MO’Bassadors.

**Runners participating in the runs must register, admission is FREE.  Runners will be required to sign a safety waiver onsite, is responsible for his/her own medical care, hydration and fuel during the run.  MO’ Cowbell, the MO’ Bassador Team or St. Charles County Parks is not responsible for injury.  Please contact us ahead of time if you have questions at:  raceteam@mocowbellrun.com
