We know it is all about the shirts and we want you to proudly wear them! All participants will receive a full zip jacket. They are gender specific. The men’s shirts run true to size. We recommend selecting the size you normally wear in a dri-fit shirt.
The women’s shirts should fit true to size. If your shirt does not fit, please bring the shirt you received at the ExMO’ to the MO’ Info Tent on race morning. We will grant shirt exchanges while supplies last.
Runners MUST pick up their packets at the Health and Fitness ExMO’, located in the College Center on the campus of St. Charles Community College, 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, Cottleville, MO 63376. The two-day ExMO’ takes place on Friday, October 4th – 12 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, October 5th – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
No, we do not have race day packet pick-up.
You have two options:
• Participants unable to pick up their own race packet may have someone else pick up their packet for them. A photocopy of the participant’s driver’s license and a signed note of permission are required.
• For $35 extra, we will mail out runner’s packets before the week of the race. This option is only valid to the first 200 runners who sign-up for it when they register. Not valid on registrations after September 8th. We encourage you to sign up early because when this option is gone, it’s gone!
We are asked all the time if walkers are welcome and we happily say yes! We just ask that everyone maintain a 16-minute mile pace. If you are unable to maintain that pace, we will ask you to move to the sidewalk and finish the race obeying the traffic laws as we will re-open the roads.
You bet! This USATF Certified Course can be used as a qualifier for other races such as Boston, New York and London Marathons.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
The event organizers reserve the right to alter or cancel the event due to inclement weather in the case that conditions are deemed to be unsafe to complete the given event.
COMMUNICATION & WEATHER ACTION PLAN
Announcements will be made over the PA system at the event. As we are able, we will communicate delays and schedule updates on Facebook and Twitter.
If lightning is detected within 20 miles of the venue we’ll enter into a “Heads Up” mode, watching the weather pattern to see if the lightning is moving towards the venue.
If lightning is detected within 10 miles or less we will begin safety procedures and encourage participants and spectators to seek shelter. The course and Athletes’ Village area (including the tent area) must be completely cleared by the time lightning is within 6 miles.
The start will be delayed until the storm has passed or 30 minutes after the last lightning strike is detected at a distance greater than or equal to 10 miles. We’ll do our best to communicate a “restart time” giving athletes adequate time to get warmed up and to the starting line.
Visit the MO’ Results Tent after the race to see if you won a Cowbell Trophy. All winners can pick up their awards at the MO’ Results Tent.
Finishers will be able to view and purchase their photos from their individual results page. The link to the results page can be found on MO’ Cowbell’s home page the day after the race. We try our best to get photos of all of our runners crossing the finish line but sometimes we miss someone – they also take quite a while to upload. If for some reason we didn’t get photos of you, contact email@example.com and we will do our best to locate some.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email, bib number and issue and we will do our best to look into your claim and correct it.
Lost items should be turned into the MO’ Cowbell booth at the ExMO’ and the MO’ Info Tent on race day. This is also the location to recover missing items. After the race please contact us at email@example.com to request the lost item. If we have it, it will be available for pick up from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. M-F at our offices 5988 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Charles, MO 63304. MO’ Cowbell is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
