July 15th “Start Line” | 7:30 a.m. | 3, 6, 9 mile options
Picture yourself and over 5,000 of your running community gathered around to begin the race. Here is where you’ll shake those cowbell as “Don’t Fear the Reaper” plays at 7:20. Here is where the journey begins!
This date will feature running on N. Main Street, Katy Trail, and finishing on Riverside Drive. Offers a 3, 6 or 9 mile run.

August 5th “The Hill” | 7:00 a.m. | 3.5, 5.5, 8 mile options
Hailed as “the fastest, flattest course in the St. Louis Region,” there is just one small catch. Mile 10. The only climb you’ll make. Let’s crush it!
This date will feature Little Hills Expressway and a hidden gem park that not many know. We will be running the Boschert Trail that will offer a 3.5, 5.5, or 8 mile run. Each distance will feature “The Hill.”

September 9th “Katy Trail” | 7:00 a.m. | 3, 6, 10 mile options
Covered in crushed limestone, the surface absorbs impact well, and is much easier on runners’ legs than cement. You will get dusty but it will be worth it.
This date will feature the last 6 miles to the finish line that normally only the marathoners experience. Running along the Katy Trail to the Creve Coeur Connector Bridge and back. Views of the riverfront, Ameristar Casino, Family Arena, and Creve Coeur Bridge, with lots of shade! We will offer a 3, 6, or 10 mile.

September 23rd “Yoga in Frontier Park” | 7:30 a.m.
You’ve made it to the final stretch, both literally and physically. Race day is just two weeks away so get out to where Runners’ Village will take place and enjoy some zen before the party begins. Please bring your own yoga mat.
